Roasted in the traditional style of the Eastern United States (sometimes called New England Roast), our light-roasted coffees are lighter-bodied, with a bright tanginess and a more distinct flavor. They are complex, subtle and refreshing.

Organics »

“Organic” means that the coffee has been grown without the use of chemicals. Shade-grown coffee (also known as Bird-Friendly®) means that the coffee trees are planted in balance with the natural eco-system in ways that are not detrimental to existing plant life. The Fair Trade Organization is an international humanitarian organization that certifies that coffee growers abstain from the use of chemicals and adhere to sustainable farming practices, and that the farmers are paid a fair price for their products.
