The Fair Trade Organization is an international humanitarian organization that certifies that coffee growers abstain from the use of chemicals and adhere to sustainable farming practices, and that the farmers are paid a fair price for their products. Dark Roasts »
Dark roasts derive their flavor by being roasted to higher temperatures over a longer period of time. The resulting brews are slightly less acidic, with a full flavor, smoky and bittersweet.

Light Roasts »
Roasted in the traditional style of the Eastern United States (sometimes called New England Roast), our light-roasted coffees are lighter-bodied, with a bright tanginess and a more distinct flavor. They are complex, subtle and refreshing.
Colombia Excelso
This coffee’s flavors are straight from the vegetable garden, most prominent are the green peas and broccoli. It also boasts an intense tomato-like acidity, a clean finish and pairs perfectly with a Farmer’s omelette.
Kenya AA Blend
This blend of Kenya AA and other East African coffees has a solid body and bright acidity. It is clean and sharp with a smooth, wine-like taste and a fragrant, floral aroma.
Guatemala Antigua Panchoy
The complex profile is aromatic and flavorful; sweet, toasted nuts are complemented by crisp green apple. The acidity is pleasant and bright, and perfectly balanced with the milky body.
Costa Rica Tarrazu La Pastora
Costa Rican Tarrazu is a classically complete brew, medium bodied and richly acidic with a sweetly smooth, mild flavor and wonderful aroma.
